Each JAGI case is printed on demand — made for you when you order. Because of this, and the wide range of color choices available, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your case arrives with a defect, we'll replace it free of charge.

Colors may vary between what you see on screen and the final print. Screens display in RGB while printing uses CMYK — we've worked to match them as closely as possible, but differences in color and tone will occur.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship from Europe. Your country decides the rest.
